Mission

CTI is a 501c(3) non profit, that was incorporated in August 2004 as an economic development initiative for the Crane Region.

Its mission is to develop technology-based business in the Crane region by leveraging NSWC Crane and its partners' technologies and capabilities, and substantially increase the impact of Crane on the Indiana economy.

CTI will educate Indiana employers about Crane's assets, position Crane as a major player in the statewide development system for technology and product assistance, attract companies that provide, create and foster new technology development in Crane's stewardship areas and increase partnerships with Indiana colleges and universities to bridge the gap between research and development and application. CTI is the oversight agent for Cane's Technical Assistance - 32 hour, no fee Program.
